Borderlands: The Handsome Collection will be replaced by Couch co-op game Overcooked. It will be replaced as the weekly free game on the Epic games Store. Created by Ghost Town games, the game, is now available until June at 11 a.m. EDT. Before Borderland:The Handsome Collection, Epic Games was offering other popular titles, like Sid Meier’s Civilization 6 and Grand Theft Auto 5.
Overcooked was released in 2016. It has now a sequel: Overcooked 2. But the game is still a delight. The games serves up strategy alongside meaningful improvements over its predecessor and One to four players control chefs in different chaotic kitchens and great balance of hilarious chaos. This pack sees the return of sauce dispensers from the previous Carnival of Chaos DLC. The fireworks might cause a spot of trouble for you and add some unwelcome heat to the kitchen. The Epic Games Store offer is only for Overcooked on Windows PC but the game is also on Xbox One, Playstation 4 and Nintendo switch. Epic Games gives away games weekly on its platform and It’s been going on since 2019. Epic Games has been giving away hugely popular games for free as part of its mega sale. The sale ends on June 11. The Mega Sale is also allowing players discounts up to 75% despite free games. Another game will take Overcooked’s place on June 11 at 11 a.m. EDT. At that time, Overcooked will go back to its regular price, which is $16.99.
Overcooked 2 is out now on PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch, PS4 and Xbox One. ‘shortly afterwards’ for consoles, its getting a new, free DLC pack titled Sun’s Out Buns Out on July 5 for Steam. the DLC will include summer-themed recipes, confetti, firework hazards, a parade theme that features kitchens atop moving floats, five new levels and two new canine chefs.
