Developer Hardsuit Labs is no longer on the project.
Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2 will not turn out in 2021. In an explanation publisher Paradox Interactive shared on Twitter, it said it was heading out in different directions with developer Hardsuit Labs and postponing the game inconclusively accordingly.
Oddity has quit taking pre-orders for the title by virtue of the reality it doesn’t have a delivery date to share right now. “This game is very important to us and it has been an ambitious project from the very start,” the company said. “In order to meet our goals for it, we’ve come to the conclusion that a change is needed and, as a result, more development time is required.”
This is Bloodlines 2’s subsequent significant postponement. The previous summer, it was pushed back from 2020 to 2021. Oddity declared the postponement after it came out that it had terminated the game’s inventive chief and lead essayist.
The continuation of the 2004 faction exemplary from outdated studio Troika Games was at first expected to come out close to the beginning of 2020.
