Hasbro Inc. and Outright Games today revealed they would release a brand new Transformers game on PS4 , Xbox One, PC, and Nintendo Switch later this year, and that game is called Transformers: Battlegrounds, and is being designed by UK creator Coatsink. “The TRANSFORMERS franchise is one of the most enduring and identifiable in the entertainment industry,” Outright Games CEO Terry Malham said. “To work with this beloved universe and these iconic characters is an honor to create a new and exciting console game TRANSFORMERS which communities can enjoy together.”
“TRANSFORMERS: BATTLEGROUNDS is a new and real suspicion of what a computer game TRANSFORMERS can be,” said by Mark Blecher, Hasbro SVP Corporate Strategy and Business. “It’s energizing for us to enliven the epic story of the fight between the Autobots and Decepticons for another age of support fans.” There’s very little that’s thought about how the game will simply be playing out. The official statement was data meager, however we do have a trailer and some screen captures. The official line is that on the Allspark the shrewdness MEGATRON shut in and Bumblebee and the Autobots need another leader to help spare Earth. The game will be multiplayer and single-player.
