A Steam listing for a pre-order bundle suggests a later release date.
Sharp looked at fans saw that a Steam pre-order group that incorporates the Hell’s Rangers Content Pack has a delivery date of February 2, 2021. People Can Fly’s looter-shooter RPG Outriders may no longer be releasing within the PS5 and Xbox Series X launch window, according to a Steam page listing.
While the fundamental Steam page for Outriders actually records a Holiday 2020 delivery date, People Can Fly and Square Enix have been fairly tranquil recently. Then we’ve gotten solid delivery dates for some other major cutting edge games (counting Godfall and Spider-Man: Miles Morales). We’ve reached Square-Enix for an explanation and will refresh this story if and when we hear back from them. The first delivery window for Outriders was limited to December 2020, reports Forbes, and with only two months to go until that announced delivery window and not a single set date to be seen, it unquestionably appears to be likely that Outriders could get a very late deferral.
Taking into account the number of games that have been postponed because of COVID-19 and the ensuing radical change in the work process the pandemic has caused, another isn’t strange. Outriders are one of (if by all account not the only) enormous financial plan cutting edge games that don’t have an exact 2020 delivery date yet, so I’d expect a deferral in the event that I was you.
With games like Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Godfall, Cyberpunk 2077, and Black Ops: Cold War coming to the Xbox Series X and PS5 in the next two months, Outriders may be looking for a little space to shine, while also giving its team more time to work on the fairly large project.
