Next-gen psychological horror game The Medium launches Holiday 2020 for Xbox Series X and Steam.
The Xbox Series X will be released in the not-so-distant future with what seems to be a chilling and remarkable mental ghastliness experience: The Medium, a third-person horror game with double reality interactivity. The game originates from developer Bloober Team, the creators of Blair Witch, Layers of Fear, and Observer. It’s currently available to pre-order, so you’re prepared to play it at the very first moment.
In the game, you play a medium named Marianne, who lives in two universes – the human world and the soul world. Subsequent to seeing dreams of a little girl’s homicide, Marianne goes to a deserted inn to scan for reality with regards to what occurred there years back. As the medium, you’ll experience the game from two alternate points of view, and you’ll investigate both the physical and profound world, all the while with both shown on your screen.
The Steam version of the game accompanies two pre-order rewards and a 10% discount. The “main on Steam” pre-request pack includes The Medium soundtrack and The Art of The Medium digital album. Given that The Medium’s soundtrack is dealt with by Silent Hill writer Akira Yamaoka and Layers of Fear author Arkadiusz Reikowski, the soundtrack is bound to cause bad dreams rather than give fans something to move to.
While pre-order information is inevitable, it’s hazy if this implies the Bloober Team is arranging The Medium’s release date declaration soon and by expansion if this means Xbox Series X launch date news is coming. A Microsoft chief may have prodded an Xbox Series X launch for November, yet until an official affirmation is made, fans won’t know without a doubt.
The Medium is now available for pre-order on Steam for PC and on the Microsoft Store for Xbox Series X. The game, which is an Xbox Series X launch exclusive, will be available on the console at launch, though players can pre-order it now to get it on release day.
