Your Standard, Deluxe and 40 Years of WrestleMania cover versions for WWE 2K24 announced, and you’ll love them.
WWE 2k24’s price just went up. Ladies and Gentlemen, your cover stars have finally been confirmed. After some time of speculation, it’s all been announced. But not only that, a trailer came with it, and the release date has finally been confirmed for WWE 2K24. For the standard version, most of you guessed it, but it’s now a reality, the American Nightmare, Cody Rhodes is the cover star for the version. And deservedly too, seeing as he’s somewhat now the new face of the company.
For the Deluxe Version, the female fans will be ecstatic for this one as two of the best women wrestlers, Bianca Belair and the current Woman’s World Champion, Rhea Ripley will co-star in that version, and boy we tell you, it’s a stunning box art. Both also deserved to be on the box, and they can be proud of themselves for being the first females to be on a WWE game cover alone for the first time ever.
The ICON edition is the ultra-special one. The box art features some of WrestleMania’s icons including Shawn Michaels, The Undertaker, John Cena, The Rock, Andre the Giant and Stone Cold Steve Austin. Again, this box art is a celebration for 40 years of WrestleMania.
If you watched the brand new trailer, it explains brand new features and match types such as gauntlet and ambulance matches. As well as having an iconic roster, and WWE 2K24 might have the greatest roster of all time – yes, even better than last year. We simply cannot wait. As for release date, March 8, 2024, is when you can get your hands on WWE 2K24. And seeing as the release will be during WrestleMania season, you can and create your own little WrestleMania moments, as well as reliving some of the greatest matches and moments in the brand new 40 Years of WrestleMania in 2K Showcase mode as a celebration for four decades of the showcase of the immortals and of course the upcoming WrestleMania 40.
