A whole new action-RPG VALKYRIE ELYSIUM to make its way to PlayStation and Steam to continue the Legendary Valkyrie Series’s journey.
It was revealed by SQUARE ENIX that an entirely new VALKYRIE action-RPG, VALKYRIE ELYSIUM, would be coming to the PS5 and PS4 consoles, as well as Steam, later this year. In VALKYRIE ELYSIUM, developed by Soleil Ltd., you’ll find a unique tale set on a planet on the verge of ruin, full of peril and fast-paced battle.
Young Valkyrie bestowed with worlds destiny by the All-Father; deity of all creation and supreme god. In order to save the world from Ragnarok, she’ll have to use a wide range of weaponry, magic, and the might of her companions.
Players will get engaged in fast-paced action and a range of weapons and magical skills to defeat their enemies as they are about to face the numerous hazards of this planet. With a unique real-time action fighting system that favors both quick responses and tactical awareness, the game’s dynamic combat system blends aspects from throughout the series, such as finishing techniques and combinations.
VALKYRIE ELYSIUM reimagines old combat techniques, including finishing moves and combo systems, for an action-RPG with Motoi Sakuraba’s soundtrack and a new direction for the franchise. CyDesignation, Inc.’s Yuya Nagai designed the characters in the game. Motoi Sakuraba, the original composer of the VALKYRIE series has also returned to offer new music to the game.
