The Birdman will be back in the Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 remake and better than ever.
The Birdman is returning, and he’s bringing the finest nostalgia trip with him. If you spent your childhood making impossible combos in Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 and Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 4, get ready for it. Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 Remake, which will be released on July 11th for all platforms, is more than simply a new look for an old classic.
Furthermore, with everything that you have enjoyed about the originals, this complete remake includes new skaters, new stages, more customization, and, of course, even a New Game+ mode. And what is its best part? Cross-play online multiplayer allows you to share with other players.
Remaking the old games isn’t the only aim of the remake. Because everything was completely redesigned by the developers, the gameplay feels as smooth as you can remember. An abandoned water park in the Mojave Desert, where you can slide across an empty river and grind through rusted-out slides, is one of the best new levels.
New stunts and skater options are also included. If technology had allowed it at the time, the original games would have featured this kind of spectacular-level design. Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater wouldn’t feel the same without its old popular music. A variety of the originals will also be included, along with some new songs to keep things fresh.
And if you haven’t played in years or ever, don’t fear missing out, as Tony himself is back in tutorial mode to help you learn the basics of learning. The game has you covered whether you’re attempting to learn those insane revert-to-manual combos or learning ollies and kickflips.

Along with this, preordering will allow you early access to the Foundry demo in June, where you can skate two parks while listening to different sorts of soundtracks. Also, if you purchase the Digital Deluxe Edition, you will have three days of early access and some bonuses, such as the Doom Slayer and Revenant becoming playable skaters with their skills. For the most enthusiastic collectors, the Collector’s Edition even has a Limited Edition skateboard deck with a printed autograph from the very Tony Hawk and a reprinted Birdhouse Wings logo.
But the question arises if it’s worth the hype or not, but it’s clear by the amount of love put into this recreation that it’s a passion project for fans, by fans, rather than solely a money grab. Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 3 + 4 Remake is looking to be all we could have imagined, whether you’re eager to relive the glory days or simply want to play one of the top skateboarding games ever. Or are you concerned that the nostalgia won’t be met? In any case, July 11th is far too soon.
