Splat at home or on the road with Nintendo Switch, no matter how you play. It’s never been easier to stay in shape.
Splatfests are hugely popular among the Splatoon community. This year’s version will be telecast from July 10th to July 31st on Nintendo Switch Online, and the contest will be no different than other times. And Nintendo is receiving fans’ hype for Splatoon 2’s Splatter Ladder 2021, even before the tournament.
There will be more and more people competing to get the most out of the second game, as Splatoon 3 is already on the horizon for next year. It’s actually amazing to see that 2022’s Nintendo lineup is already building. There will be surprises for you if you manage to rank in the top four teams each day.
Turf War, Tower Control, Splat Zones, and obviously Rainmaker are the areas where you can compete. You can take TurfWar battles on the go with the Nintendo Switch system for the first time and team up for a new 4-player co-op fun in Salmon Run. For furious local multiplayer* action, you can even choose any of the console’s portable play types.
To claim more turf in the 4-on-4 action shooter and to splat more ink, the Inklings are making their appearance again. This squid kid called Inklings’ favorite part is TurfWar, but they also take down Octarians in a robust campaign and also enjoy ranking battles. And if I may add, battling Salmonids is a super dangerous part-time job. The new Splat Dualies or stick have been remixed with new options for strategic planning.
You can expect a new fashion, gear and weapons.
