InnerSloth is expected to provide further teasers in the lead-up to the update’s release, so gamers may be able to infer what’s coming from them before the complete information is released.
The Friday tease revealed some of the artwork connected with the upcoming update, leaving gamers to guess what else may be coming to the future game. However, no release date for this update has been revealed, so it’s unknown how long players will speculate about its contents. The image below, which was published on Twitter over the weekend, depicts one of the Among Us Crewmates floating in space or staring out a window.
A huge object soaring through space that seems to be a meteor or other massive item. Meteor speculations were prevalent in the tweet’s replies, and it appears to be one of the more plausible possibilities for what that object is. Despite several claims that this is connected to cheese, it appears that this is not the case, therefore we’re back to meteors as a safe option. We can reasonably infer what types of features could be linked with this teaser by looking at the most current Among Us roadmap, whether it’s a meteor or something else.
The following list of game features was provided with a release timeframe for some time after the update that increased the size of lobbies and included additional colors was launched. Since that update has been available for a time, any of these additions might follow, as InnerSloth said that they will be released in no specific pattern. A new map seems like the most probable option, but the Among Us’ Airship map hasn’t been available for a long time, so there’s reason to assume we won’t receive another map quickly. Featured in Upcoming Among Us:
- Cosmetics for the visor Consoles (Xbox and PlayStation)
- New roles and methods to play are being developed.
- Achievements
- Map 5 is a new map!
- Platform-to-platform account linking
- Hide and Seek is a game where you hide and seek.
InnerSloth, the creators of Among Us, is working on a new update, and we’ve obtained a new peek at part of it ahead of its release.
