All who pre-registered for Babylon’s Fall will soon be able to play the game.
The initial phase of the game is only available on Steam, held on various days in Japan, North America, and Europe. The second phase spreads the test to PS4, and eventually PS5 in the third phase. Recently, Platinum Games revealed a slew of fresh facts regarding Babylon’s Fall’s forthcoming private beta.
Others who signed up for the closed beta will be invited to the different testing depend on their Square Enix account’s area. The European closed beta test is set for the following Thursday, August 12, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. UK time, or 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. CEST. However, Japan is first, with the beta beginning Thursday, July 29 from 2 a.m. to 6 a.m. PT. The test in North America will go live the next week, on Thursday, August 5 from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. PT, 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. ET (August 6). Over the course of these phases, the developer intends to gradually release new material. The initial phase will focus on essential features such as deploying the client, registration and account authorization and performing early server and network testing. This is one of the reasons why material will be restricted, and Platinum has stated that players should expect content to be repeated.
The release date for Babylon’s Fall is unknown at this time.
