Who needs another superhero title? Become the Terror of Hemasaurus and destroy anything standing in your path.
There’s been enough heroic stuff to do in recent memory. Why not dish out destruction for a change? As the Terror of Hemasaurus, one can become a true menace to a pixelated version of the human world. Destroy to your heart’s content. After all, who’s going to stop you? The tiny humans that exist as potential snacks? From developer Loren Lemcke and published by Digerati, comes a retro-style party game.
Humanity is on the verge of a disaster that happens to be climate-related. And who’s got the solution? The Church of The Holy Lizard, that’s who. Summoning a gargantuan lizard, the church asks the creature to save humanity from itself. The best way to do that? Apparently, one must unleash a calamity upon humanity. Thin their numbers, and destroy their creations which continue to pollute.
Rip apart buildings, dragging occupants out of their homes. Chuck unfortunate humans into flying helicopters, painting the ground, and other horrified individuals attempting to escape. Or, if a shockwave is more your style, drop onto entire crowds of enemies squishing them under you.
Play solo or with three other friends in Terror of Hemasaurus. Four choices exist for the monsters which will right the wrongs done to the Earth: Hemasaurus, Clocksloth, Salamandrah, and the Autonomous Hemasaurus. Since each comes with their own moves, playing different monsters may change up the experience a bit.
Terror of Hemasaurus will hit digital storefronts on October 17th for Steam, Epic, GOG, and a few others. Console owners will see the title released on December 5th for PlayStation, December 6th for Nintendo Switch, and December 7th for Xbox.
