Steam’s next deal is during Golden Week, starting one week from now.
Golden Week in Japan begins on April 29, and it would appear that Steam will start its yearly deal observing Japanese games around the same time.
This is as indicated by SteamDB, which records the Steam Golden Week deal for April 29 through May 6. Steam’s past Golden Week Sale was held April 30 – May 6, 2020. It highlighted discounts on games like Monster Hunter World, Dark Souls 3, Resident Evil 2 Remake, Dark Souls 2, Devil May Cry 5, and many different titles created by Japanese studios. SteamDB records the current year’s dates as conditional until the official word comes from Valve.
Steam will be hosting an Open-World Sale toward the end of May to agree with Memorial Day weekend in the US. SteamDB records the all-around reported Steam Next Fest, which will occur between June 16 and 22.
Recently known as the Steam Game Festival, the multi-day festivity of forthcoming games will highlight many demos with developers partaking in live streams to talk about their games.
