The list of Steam Sales includes the ones up until April 2024.
The best feeling happens when an avid gamer finds the perfect deal while looking for games to play. Steam, one of the most successful game platforms, is no stranger to having deals and discounts on games, in fact, almost all people wait until the seasonal sales to get their favorite titles on their wishlist.
When it comes to sales, Steam is very generous and tends to have more than seasonal sales. They usually include a theme, such as stealth, action, racing, and so forth. There are also sales depending on the anniversary of a game studio, or publishers decide to have a huge sale event, which makes grabbing game bundles very easy. Back in the day, these sales were considered a mystery and everyone would have guessed which sale would drop when. This was the case with the Summer Sale since Valve gives the best deals on Summer Sales all the time.
This time, however, Valve actually listed their upcoming Steam sales and their start dates in their recent blog post. It is filled to the brim and the list goes on featuring sales up until April 2024. Here are the scheduled fests that were featured in the announcement:
- SHMUP Fest: September 25 – October 2
- Return of Steam Scream Fest: October 26 – November 2 (Halloween sale event.)
- Autumn Sale: November 21 – 28 (Seasonal major sale.)
- Winter Sale: December 21 – January 4, 2024 (Seasonal major sale.)
- Capitalism and Economy Fest: January 8-15
- Pirates vs. Ninjas Fest: January 22-29
- Dinos vs. Robots Fest: February 26 – March 4
- Spring Sale: March 14-21 (Seasonal major sale.)
- Deckbuilders Fest: March 25 – April 1
Even though the major fests and sales have been listed, there still could be developer and publisher sales randomly showing up as well. For example, there is currently a Konami publisher sale going on, and SHMUP Fest is expected to start today. In order to catch the other developer and publisher sales, visiting the main page of the Steam Store and following Steam on any social media platform from time to time is highly suggested.
