Sony has declared a PS5 showcase event. The event will focus on new game declarations for the PS5, and that’s just the beginning. The date is September 16, 1 PM PT.
Sony last held an event in April, when they uncovered a few of the PS5 games, including Horizon: Forbidden West and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales. At that time, the company revealed the PS5’s design but didn’t share a date or cost for the console.
PS5 will come in two different console versions. One is advanced with no disk drive, while the other will accompany a disk drive. The pricing between the two consoles is intensely rumored to be generally $100, yet Sony can’t seem to share any details on it.
Many fans are waiting to see if Sony is going to give Xbox Series X a tough fight on its pre-order date, which is currently September 22. Although nothing is yet confirmed, fans are waiting to see what it reveals.
