The Last of Us Part II’s executive, Neil Druckmann, has clarified that there are ‘no designs’ for DLC after the game’s dispatch. Talking during a spoilercast for the game, Druckmann got some information about whether the new game would follow the first’s lead with a left behind-style story DLC.
Accordingly, he stated, “No, with Last of Us, I think we had some season pass or something that said early on that we have some story DLC—no, there’s no design for that.”
This doesn’t limit a multiplayer take on the game, similar to The Last of Us’ Factions mode, as we’ve recently heard that it will be discharged as an independent round or something to that effect. The wording of the first declaration, which said “when and where it will be acknowledged is still to be resolved,” could suggest that the mode will show up on PS5.
We granted The Last of Us Part II an 80/100 score on NoobFeed. Give a visit to learn more in the event that you haven’t played at this point.
