Some people love puppets. And, if you do, would you try and save a puppet friend turned evil? See if you can in My Friendly Neighborhood.
In My Friendly Neighborhood, you must save the stars of a popular TV show. Something has gone wrong with the puppets, and you are the only one fit for the task. Is there any hope for the cast of the show? Or will the studio be overtaken by the rogue puppets?
Here are some features of the title:
- Fight Puppets – puppets from My Friendly Neighborhood, a Saturday morning kids show, have gone rogue. There are a couple of ways stop them: change them back to the good they were, or take them out.
- Non-linear Gameplay – you don’t have to take the same route back and forth. But be sure to consult your map, lest an evil puppet catches you unaware.
- Wield Interesting Weapons – one weapon at your disposal is the Rolodexer, a firearm that shoots all 26 letters of the aplhabet as ammo.
- A Puzzling Dilema – encounter puzzles that pay homage to classic titles of the same genre.
DreadXP, the publisher of the title, has released a playable demo on Steam as part of Next Fest. Download it now, because it won’t be available past the 28th.
