Fallout London’s release date will tie with St. George’s Day, which will fit the theme and the setting of the mod.
Games with modding communities always tend to bring great quality of mods to the table. Although sometimes developers are not happy with how their games are butchered and changed, some developers incentivize players to modify their works of art to suit their tastes. One of the developers who love modders who add more soul to the games is Bethesda. As we all know, their game engine allows for great customization options, which is why both Fallout and Elder Scrolls series of theirs happen to feature a lot of mods.
Thanks to Bethesda, utilizing their engine on Fallout 4 as well, led many high-skilled and experienced modders to come up with full-length mods for Fallout 4 as well. One of the most anticipated projects to come out from the community is Fallout London and developers finally released a statement on their Twitter account about the mod’s release date. Fallout London will arrive on the 23rd of April, which is quite convenient for two reasons.
The 23rd of April is St. George’s Day in England, which is the day Britons celebrate their saint, the second reason is to tie in with the upcoming Fallout TV series, planned to be released on the 12th of April. Previously, the mod team wanted to release it at the end of 2023, but due to some pacing issues and the release of Starfield, they have decided to push the release date for a later time.
During these four months or so, the development team will test the stability of the mod as they state they want to deliver the best experience possible to their followers. With almost 90.000 lines of dialogue, a map spanning more than Fallout 4, 53 main quests, new radio stations, and a newly built atmosphere, Fallout London is going to be a huge mod, and rightfully, it deserves thorough testing. It is highly recommended to check out the development team, Team FOLON, on their website and YouTube channel to follow the updates on Fallout London.
