To prevent players from attaining their goals, these enigmatic beings will do whatever they can.
Obviously, in Discolored 2, players get to explore a fantasy world where color is everything, and their task is to uncover its hidden mysteries in first-person perspective. During the game, players decipher a twisted tale through many creative, mind-bending riddles to learn the true significance of the colors. The more the story progresses, the players will
feel like they are in another universe while they are immersed in a surreal and exotic environment.
“After the first episode of Discolored was released people kept asking if there would be a sequel. I still had a lot of ideas of what else I could do with the color game mechanics so it just felt natural to build on it and make a sequel.
Discolored 2 will still have surreal and mind-bending puzzles like the first installment, but it will also cover new territory with intense gameplay moments and the introduction of a couple of characters that help expand upon the story. The full game probably won’t be released until 2023, but until then, I’m really excited to be showing off what to expect in the new game,” says Jason Godbey, founder of Godbey Games.
Discolored 2 will be launching on Apple Arcade, Steam, Switch, and Xbox platforms, following the footsteps of its prequel. Visit GamesCreed’s gaming news section for the latest updates on this puzzle sequel by Godbey Games.
