New and potential releases of future PS2 titles for PS5.
Great news for PlayStation fans! The Taiwan rating board recently classified War of the Monsters as a classic game for PS2, PS4, and PS5, and its launch could be near since games often release soon after being rated. But sometimes, they take a long time to launch, like Resistance: Retribution.
During the PS4 era, this game was included in the PS2 Classics program. Additionally, it seems that Sony is now reviving these with a new simulation of its modern service. War of the Monsters is also one of the games that might be added to the April PlayStation Classics collection.
However, older game releases are also being discussed. The crew at Implicit Conversions, well-known for their emulator setups that transfer games from the PlayStation 2, PlayStation 1, and PSP to modern-day systems, has released a list of titles that have received many requests.
Some of the awaited games are The Simpsons: Hit & Run, which is one of the titles many people have requested to return to modern platforms, and Silent Hill 1 & 2, which is especially relevant now with the Silent Hill 2 remake. Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories and Liberty City Stories Classic GTA games were originally released on PSP.

Black – One of the most highly praised shooters from the PS2 era, and for its outstanding graphics. God of War: Ghost of Sparta and God of War (2005) – An interesting addition, considering the rumors of a God of War remastered collection.
Many of these games are PlayStation classics, and their PS5 re-release would be exciting. These reports have increased excitement while we wait for final confirmation.
