The city must be restored to its former glory. At the behest of the current emperor, in Ballads of Hongye, you are given a very daunting task. Every decision you make carries some amount of weight. They will shape both the land you lord over and your very destiny. Proper reaction to unexpected events in paramount to ensuring all runs smoothly. From Amazing Seasun, comes a title where one can shape their own destiny as a thriving governor.
The title makes sure to put emphasis on the use of advisers. Like many titles before it, this one may appoint some withe ability to enhance research speed or require less resources for research projects. As you expand and settle additional cities, keeping your people and your council happy will be the most important thing. But as the seasons change, different resources will become scarce and others might become abundant. Factoring this into city planning can make or break what direction one would want to head in.
Be certain of how you lay out your starting city. How things are arranged will determine your agricultural and industrial output of resources. A bad city layout in the wrong season may make a ‘win’ highly improbable. Plan accordingly and be sure to check the weather reports before making any short-sighted city plans.
