Fallout: London mod announced that an actor from Baldur’s Gate 3 will appear in the game.
The developer of the Fallout 4 mod, Fallout: London, has announced that Neil Newbon will play an unannounced role in the game, Neil Newbon is known for playing the vampire character Astarion in Baldur’s Gate 3, and with his astonishing voice acting skills will probably be an awesome add-on to the ambitious Fallout 4 total conversion mod.
Fallout: London, originally unveiled back in 2021 by Team FOLON, a non-profit group of international developers, brings an ambitious mod that would create a post-apocalyptic version of London in the Fallout Universe in 2237. This takes place between the first two games of the franchise, Fallout: London will be an unofficial DLC-sized expansion with hours of gameplay and entirely new factions.
In order to keep the experience more immersive, the game will also include unique voice acting for several important characters, as Fallout: London gears up for its release, Team FOLON has unveiled its latest video detailing the progress so far for the project.
Alongside showing new gameplay footage, the developers announced some of the voice actors who will be appearing in the game, such as Neil Newbon who is known famously for his role as the charismatic vampire, Astarion. Newbon has had his voice acting skills used in many other high-profile games aside from Baldur’s Gate 3, these other games include Final Fantasy 16, Resident Evil Village, Detroit: Become Human, as well as Xenoblade Chronicle 3.
While there is no official information on the character Newbon will be playing, of the possible names and factions, fans can look forward to more than just Neil Newbon joining the cast, as other high-profile actors such as Anna Demetriou have also been confirmed to voice a character in the game, having been in other games such as Final Fantasy 16 and A Plague Tale: Requiem, fans wait in excitement for the coming talent and characters they might play.
