Evil season 4 trailer offers a preview of what’s come to the Paramount+ supernatural thriller.
The trailer for Evil season 4 is turning apocalyptic, first having premiered on CBS in September 2019 before making the move over to Paramount+ streaming series for its second season. The supernatural drama centers on the forensic psychologist, Dr. Kristen Bouchard who is played by Katija Herbers, as she works with catholic assessor, David Acosta played by Mike Colter, to investigate cases that could have otherworldly elements at play while dealing with her own superstitions and monsters.
Though it seems that season 3, which debuts in May, has fans on edge as at some point in the trailer, Kristen even burst out in laughter, it should be taken as a note that the teaser does not include footage from the final four episodes of Evil, but it is confirmed to start filming in May, with the last season leaving many questions that the last few episodes should hopefully bring the confusion to light.
Following the events of the season 3 finale of Evil, which pays a visit to the storyline of the show’s earlier episodes, learning of her missing embryos being used in a plot to birth the antichrist which is a major game-changing development in terms of the story’s larger plot. While this is going on, the main character has other personal problems to face, as well as challenging demonic forces, leading her into a clash with the villainous, Leland Townsend.
There are other questions that concern the often-teased romantic tensions between David and Kristen, in addition to the solace found in the character Ben’s personal life. In the end, this new trailer has fans on the edge of excitement and wondering how this might end up playing out, being a difficult road ahead for Dr. Kristen and those she holds dear. Although the trailer does not have scenes of the coming episodes, it does add fuel to the fire of anticipation for fans of the show, while also finishing of a great horror series.
