These Stellar Blade tips will have you slaying Natyibas and stacking rewards in no time!
Stellar Blade is fun, and we have been playing it a lot. Therefore, we have compiled a wide variety of items—including outfits, gear pieces, Exospines, and more—that will enhance your SP gain and money. Everything you may need, from strong Exospines to fantastic miss-able clothes, is right here.
First Gear Socket
The first gear socket is located in the region immediately after the tutorial.
You need to leap off the tram line to your left, where an opponent is waiting below. Kill the boss and continue to the left, where you will meet two additional Naytibas.
If their assault is blazing yellow, you should swiftly retreat since they will puff lethal gas, reducing your HP. In order to make the Hydra adversary visible, you must scan when it is invisible. Keep your attention on this creature and only block it when you detect it.
Once you have dispatched them, you will be able to open your first golden chest. You will discover a delightful combo attack gear piece that adds 14% more power to your attack level 2 combinations. With your first boss fight just around the corner, this is a great asset to have early on.
First Core Upgrade
A swarm of miniature opponents will surprise you after you go a little distance in this region. By attacking and detonating the nearby barrels, you may reduce their numbers and eventually eliminate them. There will be a larger Natyiba after this. Be patient and wait for your chance to parry and dodge.
Once you have defeated them, you ought not to go to the right but rather to the rear left. At the end of this short trail, you will discover a few more minor Naytibas to kill and a corpse by a lamppost that you may loot for experience.
Keep going down this path for a little while to find a statue and another corpse that can be looted. You will have to defeat the monster that hides inside this monument. On the other hand, your first core is located here.
While you go through the game, keep an eye out for this particular sort of body, which resembles a fallen angel. You can maximize the benefit to your beta energy and HP bars by collecting three of each kind. These become more useful as you go through the game.
Barker Shop Locked Chest
Return to the main quest; a parkour portion has this corpse that you must collect from. Here, you will find the key to the locked chest in Barker Drugs.
When entering the code for a chest like this, remember that you may see the code by pressing the triangle button. Thus, there is no need for you to note it down. Submit the code you saw.
First Exospine Location
To go through the parking lot, you must first defeat the first boss. Each level is filled with adversaries, but this is a good area to practice guard, dodge timings, and study enemy attack patterns.
Upon reaching the second level, veer to the left and enter the back corner. Fortunately, an explosive barrel close by may assist you in defeating the tiny group of opponents. The adversaries should not be too challenging, too.
The Exospine of the Chain type is located in this back corner. Once upgraded, it increases your Critical Damage by a staggering 23% and your CRIT Rate by 30% on level 4+ attack combos. It also grants a significant percentage bonus to your level 2+ attack combinations.
Additionally, the gear socket we obtained initially pairs nicely with this. The point is that CRIT Rate sockets will also be available to you in the future. This additional CRIT Damage, thus, will have a significant impact when applied cumulatively.
Secret Loot Room Outfit & Chest
During the Scavenger Adam quest, after obtaining enough ID cards to control the cranes, you will reach this room, where there will be two visually appealing mosaic wood carvings flanking the center entrance. Going through will advance the main plot.
If you maneuver the cranes to collide with them, these walls will crack open, exposing hidden areas. Once you get the cranes positioned properly, you can rush inside the chambers by jumping on the beams.
The left room contains a gold chest and a plethora of polymer materials. The Red Passion suit comes with an outfit chest, which I find rather appealing.
Potion Upgrade
Again, during the Scavenger Adam mission, you will find it a little farther into the game, maybe an hour or so later.
While exploring the large damaged bridge, you will find a number of useful items. Walk around the bridge and to the rear to discover this small robot before you walk down to the huge construction site.
As you scan and traverse the world, watch for these little robots. This one is notable for dropping an expansion module among its many variations. This will come in handy as you go through the game since it increases the maximum number of rechargeable potions you can carry.
Collectible Cans
Once you cross this bridge, you will enter a large construction site area swarming with Naytibas you can loot. However, a multi-story building can be seen if you go around the back, on the left side of the structure, when you enter. It is possible to climb this building using parkour.
One enemy awaits you on the ground floor, while two more await you on the top floor. After you have defeated all of these Naytibas, go over to uncover the first Collectible Can, Potential Blast.
The game has a collectible system with a total of 47 items to gather. The more you acquire, the more permanent your rewards will be.
In the end, you get an outfit, and it is up to you to decide whether it is worth pursuing.
Xion SP & Gold Bonuses
The city of Xion will become accessible when you progress a little farther. The Sisters Junk Shop is owned by Kaya, who you can locate on the map too. You can unlock more stuff for purchase if you raise your reputation levels, which you can do by buying enough items her.
You can return to Xion and browse through her store to discover an array of new gear modules for sale after completing the next major task in the Barren Lands section. These new gear modules include an SP gain and a gold coin.
Even while they start eating into your valuable socket slots beyond this point, the peace of mind you will gain from never worrying about money is well worth it. Extra SP gain also allows you to level up faster and unlock more items in the skill tree.
Xion Easy Outfits
Buy several outfits from the information broker beside the bulletin board, and you will level up quickly and have access to a ton of great suits. Among these is the Planet Diving Suit (2nd) outfit, which perhaps falls into my favorite category of outfits from the whole game of Stellar Blade.
Simple Puzzle Quest
Xion also has a Simple Puzzle quest that you can find on the bulletin board. This necessitates traveling across town to the terminal and figuring out this math problem.
There are hints that could lead you to the solution, but if you are too lazy to bother, the correct answer is 30 42 72. Getting this is really quite simple.
Multiplying the first two digits of the equation, which are 5 by 6, yields 30, the first two digits of the passcode. The result of multiplying the other two numbers—6 and 7—totals 42, making up the second set of two numbers. For the last two digits of the passcode, we simply add the last two digits; for example, 30 + 42 is 72. And with that, we have solved the matter.
In a later adventure, you will face an even more challenging second obstacle. The real solution to this one, which took much longer, is to square the figures they provided. You can get the value 50005 by subtracting the squares of 71 and 6. Input 55, then.
Lily’s Outfit
After fixing the solar tower at the Wasteland, check the left side of the map for trails that lead to a tree. An accessible cave will be located. In this cave, you can find Lily’s outfit. To locate Lily’s Rainy Day outfit, you will need to examine the area and swim about until you come across a little cosmetic box in the water.
Crit & AoE Exospine
Several waves of opponents await you in an ambush on the map’s major offense-focused Exospine.
This can require trial and error if you are put up against numerous Natyibas at once. However, this is a fast tip: the tentacles are immobile, so you can deal with the other opponents first and then eliminate the tentacles one by one. After you have defeated all enemies, you will be able to open the Exospine chest and get the Impact-type Exospine.
Thanks to its high CRIT Rate boost and its ability to damage several adversaries simultaneously upon upgrading (particularly when combined with CRIT Rate sockets that can be purchased later), this is an excellent thing to have acquired.
Burst & Beta Exospines
The Beta Trance Exospine boosts your beta skills’ recharge and attack. Using a beta talent, nevertheless, does provide the possibility of entering a trance. For a brief time, it grants you boundless beta energy. A fantastic feature for fighting bosses and a general joy to play with, spamming moves in quick succession for free is a blast.
The Burst Trance Exospine provides an extra means of producing level 4+ combos, which is significant since there are only certain methods to enhance the maximum burst energy of your burst abilities; moreover, it boosts this energy by a whopping 30%. In the middle of the game, when completing a main mission that involves exploring the sewage and water system, you could uncover this.
After you open the Floodgate in this area of the main mission, you may want to take an alternative pathway when you head back and attack the crates blocking the door to this room. Defeat the enemies inside, then open the Exospine chest to get the Burst Exospine. If you are after the Beta Trance Exospine, it is best to hold off until you reach the deserted campground, where Eve is in the main mission’s sewage region.
To get to the other side, just pass through the side gate, keep going down the road, and eventually, you will reach a door with a wooden barrier obstructing it. Pulling this triggers a hidden chamber where a swarm of Natyiba awaits; eliminate them all. Beta Exospine is to be obtained by opening the Exospine box.
These are all the tips we have for you, that should see you off to a great start on the game. Also, consider checking out our thoughts on Stellar Blade as a review and Eve’s top 10 outfits in Stellar Blade.
