With a staggering 948.6 million streams, Undertale’s music is the most streamed video game soundtrack on Spotify.
948.6 million people have listened to the Undertale music on Spotify, making it the most-streamed video game soundtrack ever. For 40 of the most famous video game soundtracks and scores, Solitaire studied Spotify data to discover which albums people are listening to the most and which soundtracks perform the best.
1. Undertale
With a total of 948.6 million lifetime streams, the music of Undertale is the most-streamed video game soundtrack ever. In addition, MEGALOVANIA, the most-streamed solo video game music, has earned 114.8 million Spotify streams since its debut in 2015.
2. Minecraft
With 782.6 million streams over its Alpha and Beta soundtracks, Minecraft is the second most played soundtrack. However, each of Minecraft’s 54 soundtracks receives an average of 14.5 million streams, making it among the most popular video games of all time.
3. The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim
429.2 million people have streamed Skyrim, with an average of 8.1 million people on each track. DRAGONBORN is the most streamed video game track, with 30.7 million streams, and is the tenth most streamed video game track.
4. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt
The Witcher 3’s music has been streamed 369.4 million times, making it the fourth most famous soundtrack for a video game. There are 6.6 million streaming each track on average, with the game’s most famous tune, “Geralt of Rivia,” ranking as the 15th most streamed video game track overall. The game was eventually converted to Netflix.
5. Grand Theft Auto V
As of this writing, Grand Theft Auto V’s soundtrack has been streamed 310.4 million times. Rockstar A$AP Rocky collaborated on the game’s original soundtrack, which now has 52.5 million streams and ranks sixth among the most popular video game soundtracks.
6. Doom (2016)
There have been 309.7 million total streams and an average of 9.98 million streams per track for the 2016 release of Doom’s soundtrack, making it the sixth most listened to. ‘Rip & Tear’ by Doom is the third most-streamed song, with 61.8 million hits.
7. The Last of Us
Overall, 206.2 million people have listened to The Last of Us music, making it the ninth most-streamed game of all time with 30 soundtracks. This game’s most-streamed tune, named appropriately “The Last of Us,” is the eighth-most listened-to song on the list with 42.3 million streams.
8. Call of Duty: Black Ops – Zombies
This game’s zombie mode soundtrack, which has been streamed more than any other, comes in the eighth position with 134.2 million total streams and 7.9 million streams per track. Players may activate an easter egg on the Kino Der Toten map to listen to its most famous song, ‘115’, which has been streamed more than 53.5 million times.
9. Ori and the Blind Forest
There have been 98.5 million streams of Ori and the Blind Forest’s soundtrack, with an average of 3.1 million streams per track. More than twenty-five million people have listened to Ori: Lost in the Storm’s most famous song.
10. God of War
The tenth most-streamed title, God of War, completes the top 10 with 90.2 total streams, averaging 4.3 million plays per soundtrack. ‘God of War,’ the game’s most popular music, is the tenth most-streamed song, with 29.2 million listens. The game was launched in 2018 but recently became accessible on PC in January of this year.

Music from Minecraft seems to be the most popular and is heard the most, indicating that the soundtracks can stand alone as excellent works of art.
